Return policy

At Pommac, we value your trust and want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our easy return policy ensures a smooth process.

1. Return Window
  • You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.
2. Eligible Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • The product should be in resellable condition.
3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care and beauty items (cosmetics, skincare, grooming tools, etc.)
  • Intimate wear (lingerie, undergarments, etc.)
  • Clearance, sale, or discounted items (unless damaged/defective on delivery)
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • You will be required to share photo or video proof.
  • In such cases, Pommac will arrange a free return pickup and offer a replacement or full refund.
5. Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are available for size, style, or color variations (subject to stock availability).
  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, customers can opt for a refund or store credit.
6. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@pommac.com or submit a request through our website.
  2. Provide your order details and reason for return.
  3. Our team will arrange a pickup through our courier partner (wherever serviceable).
  4. Pack the product securely and hand it over to the courier.
  5. Once received, we will inspect the product and update you on your return status.
7. Important Notes
  • Items returned without following the above guidelines may be rejected.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to Pommac’s error.
  • Pommac reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet policy conditions.

At Pommac, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. If your return request has been approved, you may be eligible for a refund. Please read the following policy carefully.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • The returned item meets our Return Policy conditions (unused, unworn, in original packaging with tags).
  • The product was damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • The requested exchange is out of stock or unavailable.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Non-returnable items (personal care, intimate wear, clearance/sale products).
  • Items returned in used, damaged, or unsellable condition.
  • Returns requested beyond the return window.
2. Refund Process
  1. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email/SMS about the status of your refund.
  2. If the refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  3. Refunds will be credited using the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, Net Banking, etc.).
3. Refund for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via:
    • Bank transfer (customer needs to provide account details), or
    • Pommac Store Credit/Wallet balance (which can be used on future purchases).
4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • If only part of the order is returned.
  • If the returned product is missing an accessory but is otherwise acceptable.
  • If shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to Pommac’s error).
5. Delayed or Missing Refunds
  • If you haven’t received a refund after the stated time:
    1. Check your bank account or payment wallet again.
    2. Contact your bank or payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@pommac.com.
6. Important Notes

Refunds will only be processed after the product passes quality checks.

Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect product delivery.
