1. Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days (major cities) and 7–10 business days (remote areas).
- Express Delivery (if available): 2–4 business days.
- Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, courier delays, public holidays, strikes, etc.).
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: On orders above ₹999 .
- Standard shipping charges will apply to orders below the free-shipping threshold.
- Express shipping (if opted) may include an additional fee.
4. Tracking Orders
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
- You can track your order through the courier partner’s website or Pommac’s “Track Order” page.
5. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship across India (or specify countries if international).
- Certain pin codes may not be serviceable by our courier partners. In such cases, we will contact you for alternate arrangements.
6. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2-3 times.
- If undelivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the package may be returned to Pommac. Reshipping charges may apply.
7. International Shipping (If applicable)
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
- Delivery timelines for international shipping may vary from 10–20 business days.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, defective, or tampered with, please report it within 48 hours with photos/videos as proof.
- In case of lost packages (confirmed by courier partner), we will issue a replacement or refund.
9. Policy Updates
- Pommac reserves the right to update or modify the Shipping Policy without prior notice.
